In Center City, ATVs and a red sedan were involved in an incident. While stopped at a red light, the ATV driver and the sedan driver engaged in a verbal dispute.

The sedan driver, Nikki Bullock, who was delivering Uber Eats orders with a friend in the front seat and two children in the rear seats, reported that her vehicle was sideswiped by the suspect. Subsequently, both the suspect and the ATV driver confronted her.

Bullock explained, “We exchanged words because of the collision. While I was arguing with his friend in front of me, the suspect hopped off the ATV, leaped onto the back of my car, and kicked in the windshield.”

Confrontation Escalates as Suspect Damages Car and Motorcycle rider Allegedly Displays Handgun

The suspect, positioned directly behind the ATV, dismounts his motorcycle and leaps onto the rear of Bullock’s car, forcefully kicking in the back windshield. Bullock exits her vehicle and confronts the suspect, who allegedly brandished a handgun in her direction.

Bullock recounted, “I didn’t see the gun hit the ground until he picked it up. He pointed it at me, and I couldn’t make out his words; I was screaming.” Subsequently, as the suspect was returning to his motorcycle, he initiated physical contact with Bullock, headbutting and pushing her. In response, she pushed him away as he attempted to mount his bike.

“He aimed the gun at me, then put it away. I thought, ‘If you’re going to shoot me, go ahead, you won’t.’ Then he headbutted me with his helmet, and we exchanged pushes after that,” Bullock recounted.

Fortunately, the individuals in Bullock’s car were unharmed during the incident. She mentioned that several people have offered assistance in covering the cost of a new windshield, and a few auto glass replacement companies have volunteered their services.
